(Hired in Jan 4) I was gone from the plant for about 4-4.5 months due to my military obligations and returned about 5 weeks ago, however I have not seen my new union rep since I've been back. I've got quite a few questions for him regarding things altered by my absence, but he is never around and never comes to my area when requested. On a few occasions a fill in has come by but doesn't know the answers to my questions, and says they will send my normal rep but the guy never shows. What would be the proper way to go above him and talk to someone who is able to help? Here's a question- Did the union make sure everyone got one of them "Heart Of The Union" books? NOPE

1. How did you request him? From your supervisor? From your team leader? 2. Did you call the inplant union office? 3. Did you call the union hall?
