Free Smoking Cessation Classes
There will be representatives at both Union Meetings on Nov 15th and:
At the the Retiree Meeting on Nov 16th starting at 10:30.
****7 Week Program****
Mondays 5:30pm - 7:30pm
Tuesdays 4:00pm - 5:30pm
Fridays 5:30pm - 7:00pm
Come and learn about smoking cessation lifestyle changes, including stress
managment and weight control, that will make quitting easier.
