Has anyone heard of LAP is low or out of parts due to the weather?

im on b crew so i dont know specifics, but i believe they ran out of some stuff today.

Chassis ran out of 2.0 engines this morning and went to break at 7:15. They stayed down until they arrived around 9:15. Been running fine since then as far as I know.
