thanks. 1st time I have ever awoled. People near me are suspended or on their 10-20th missed day in a year |

U don't have to explain. Haters gonna hate. The "hotline" has been fixed a long time now. If u got that message the line being down isn't the issue . Ask about it in labor. Chances r u made a mistake

You can miss 10-20 days a year?? I've seen people miss enough days to get fired three times over " by the book", but if the supervisor is a drinking buddy or camping buddy. Use can miss nearly any day you want. |

Well sure I get that..TL S and all his buddies get off ..But I've seen a lot get fired.They ALWAYS get hired back.Good thing we have the UAW..(if your a person) that doesn't wanna come to work.

With so many more worthwhile people who would die to get a job here and come to work everyday and not play the medical game, I don't understand why the union even gives a crap about the ones that get fired for AWOLS. I myself have never gotten a referral form in the 15 plus yrs. I have worked here and yet I have relatives and friends who make the best employees.Yes I just happened to be off when they passed them out. Rotten luck. But seriously, let the losers go and give others a fair shake.

Ive turned in 4 or 5 yrs ago for my nephews.All have great work ethics,but never heard a word?Now days I can't give them away..Of course a college age kid would take it ,but most people I know don't like the lower wage thing and I agree..They have a steady job and it's not worth the headache..
