Ford just announce sales down 7.2% from April of last year. Stock hitting a 5 year low this morning...hang on boys & girls here we go again. Stay safe people

It's true that overal sales were down in April, but the sky isn't falling yet. Escape sales were up 7.2% in April and are up 6.8% YTD. Expedition sales were up 13.2% for the month and 32.3% YYD. While F-Series were down 0.2% for April, they are still up 7.4% YTD.

Agree but when your talking multi years low on your stock that will make people sit up and take notice. You can look around here and see the wasted cash on paying 3 shifts 40 hour weeks for 35-36 hours of work, could get interesting

I have said it before, c crew is not going anywhere, for at least a couple of years. Most ford plants are running 3 crews. This plant would be the last to lose c crew.

Hang in there guys, all will be fine. We may have a couple of rough years in the future but in 5-7 years half this place will retire. Even if you get a temporary layoff ford pays well to sit home and enjoy.

I can see how u think that,but before the new folks came along a lot of us old guys were on here treating each other the same way. Miserable people. Everything will be fine. The dip in the stock price just means now is a good time to buy. C crew ain't goin nowhere. |

7.2 % from a record month last year? Oh no the sky is falling!!! We start selling 150k veichles a month start worrying. 215k a month sales I not worrying one bit. We sold 231k last year FYI and that was the best April sales in 10 years.

Things are seldom as good, or bad, as rumor would have you believe. On the plus side, if you can remove your personal emotion, and worry, the show can be entertaining. Helps make the time go bye. |

There's always gonna be some haters. The bottom line is that as people get older they get grumpier because they realize their youth is gone forever. |

Well they announced 10% reduction in salary employees but Wall Street didn't care, stock hits new low on the news.....hang on, Mark Fields is in a battle for his job at this point, may get ugly

There's always gonna be some haters. The bottom line is that as people get older they get grumpier because they realize their youth is gone forever. Dumb people are like that. Not everyone is dumb.im glad to get older. There's some things I would do different if I had the chance again, but there's a whole lot more things I can do now I couldn't then,for one reason or another.like money,kids etc etc |

Stock hits another multi year low today (9 year low). Stockholders not happy still. New leadership is anything but a leader, talks in circles, also a contract year. Hang on, and save up.
