I have a family member that works in SUV Body. He is not eligible for SWW or Sub Pay. The week before shutdown he was only able to work the first 2 days of the week for a total of 15 hours. The team that he is on were all told to go to home and they were done until their return to work date. My question involves the week that he only worked 15 hours. Should he be able to draw Unemployment for that week ? His gross pay for that week was only around $270.00. I know that money will count against him, but at least he will get some kind of pay to make up the difference. He will also lose 1 week of pay due to the "waiting week" scam the State is allowed to use. There are only a few folks in Body who fall under this situation, thought there might be some other folks in Body or SUV Paint who also fall under these conditions. Let me know. THANKS.
