Yes c-crew will definitely be gone after first of year in 2018. I don't wish it, want it, or say it to get a stir going. I only put facts on here. Some people do wishful thinking or hoping, if only life worked that way. Higher ups all know it but like everything else keep things secret.

That's what your previous post said. I guess if you throw it out there every 6 months eventually you will be right. Thanks for the info. 🙄

So you are saying that the most profitable plant in he ford system will be the first assembly plant to lose its c crew? I find that hard to believe.

Ford Motor Co has never been able to predict the market six months in advance.

Just converted 166 tpt's to transitionary employees. So that may squash the demise of c crew rumor.

Doesn't quash anything my dear Brizzel. You think it's beyond Ford to hire a bunch of people for a launch and then lay off a shift a year later......lol.
I don't think they'll get rid of c-crew until and unless the market for our vehicles declines by a significant margin, and that decline seems lasting.
FWIW, don't you see how "getting rid of C-crew" is going to be the asshole move they use to get us to accept the next shitty contract?

oh boy more wisdom from the new guy pool...c-crew is safe for at least 5 years unless a dramatic and unexpected downturn. With new products on the way(and the new suvs are cool as can be). We will be sweating our asses off building shitloads of vehicles....nice try(even if feeble) on the rumor mongering....you might want to leave it to the pro's.
