Guess my reading comprehension is waning in my old age! Thanks for info. Just waiting for the next contract to retire and have never had a FMLA and only about three brief medicals. Now have occasional recurring health spells that I can manage but don't need to see the doctor. Usually takes two days to get back on track. My Mother is in assisted living and sometimes needs immediate attention for issues and now my Father in law is in a nursing/rehab faculty after having emergency surgery with partial paralysis and my husband is diabetic. It's time to throw in the towel instead of using my personal days for everyone else. At this rate it won't take long to run out of days to convert. Plus it's a pain in the ass to have to go up front every time.
I've already set a countdown timer on my phone for how many days till retirement!!!

Thanks for the reply. My doctor had one of the girls to fill out my paperwork while I was there for an appointment and I left with it. Didn't think to look it over before I left and they didn't answer one of the questions so am going to take it back next week.
