The union and ford should be ashamed of themselves.....the Christmas bonus was $600 over 20 years ago when I started here. Ford is more profitable now then ever and we get less then half. Sorry new guys.....our union has really let you guys down. Us older guys should of never gave in during the housing bubble crisis. I believe in the Union just not our union.

Retirees lost their Christmas Bonus altogether. They finally gave it back to them but reduced to to where it is less than half of what they use to get. Also, we haven't had a raise in our retirement in over 15 yrs on the "Life Income Benefit" even though the new hires got a raise on their retirement the last contract.

The pension is great, but not having a raise in 15 years is laughable...how can one survive today on money ppl were making 15 years ago? Guess I'll find out in 5 more...then it will be 20 year old money.
