The team would have much less problems if a senior guy, like me, bid on and got your team leader spot. Bid team leader isn't accountable to you shits at all. You'll never get rid of me as long as I do my core job. And speaking of shit, giving bathroom breaks isn't required of team leaders. They do it cus it's the right thing to do and they need to get re-elected. Remove the election process and your team leader can stand back and laugh while you shit your fucking pants. And if I may correct you on this point, Darth Bullshit, of the two teams being combined, the team leader of the one that brings the most operations to the combined team retains the TL position regardless of seniority, just like when 2 jobs get combined and amount of work is considered. And I've had some absolute useless team leaders too, so even though anyone can technically "do it" the huge difference is in doing it right. I've had many more team leaders over the years than you new guys, and let me tell you there are vast differences in how that job can be done. If your team doesn't have enough combined brain power or maturity to avoid settling into cliques and popularity contests instead of electing the right guy or girl, then it deserves a shit team leader lol. And if you think you all could do a better job, make some effort to herd the cats, somewhat unite the team, and get elected yourself. Then be the best team leader for the team, and the people will want you in.

TL situation wouldnt be so bad if Ford had more guys that are supoosed to repair things. Our TL is constantly fixing things or repairing other ppl fuck ups. Thats one reason why our TL dissapears for hours sometimes. No telling wth else they are doing. Also you got the little babies who have to take 20 minute breaks in between every break to go smoke and sit on their ass without even going to restroom. They also whine and moan when tl is a little late for their "break".Huge reason why my team is shitty to be on especially when you gotta piss.
