I've known TL's who will get their people trained. And if mgmt wanted to they could strip your people of their ARPS pay if they find out they don't really know all the jobs. It's rare but I've seen it happen. Never happen!When you’re ARPED that’s forever unless you go to a bid job.I left the line for metal finish and it took a few months for my TL tell me I wasn’t ARPED.Since then I’ve been on 6 different teams and I make the same as everybody else? Were you ARPED before you left the line for metal finish? And you're full of shit because I've known people who lost their full ARPS pay, one in particular because he refused to rotate and then got medically placed. He actually had the gall to whine in shock after they stopped paying him for jobs he wouldn't do. |

Completely removing team choice and replacing it with some fixed selection, with no regard at all to the desires of the team? That's an absolute shit idea ex-honestman LOL I actually hope it does become a bid job one day. At this point in my career it won't affect me much.
