Yea you could totally be a mooching leech and enjoy good wages and benefits, the negotiation of which will be subsidized for you by actual union members. At least until enough people stop paying and the union collapses. Then Ford can cut everyone's wages and benefits without even needing a vote. And you guys think you have it bad now. Hah! |

Although Kentucky is now a right to work state, they were not when the contract was ratified and therefore you must continue to pay dues until that contract expires. Always read the small print people. Stay safe out there. |

Hopefully in 2019 they will offer me a buyout and I can sit on the beach and laugh.If not hope the Union last till 2023👍🏼Then they can do what they want.To be clear I am a union person and would never want to work without it.Just have totally opposite views on a lot of their views.I also think they waste a lot of OUR MONEY WITH THE GOOD IL BOYS SHIT |
