How or why does the union allow the Co to tag (whenever they want)the body shop when tagging was discontinued?They keep a handful of guys around just in case we break down or get behind.Us workers never know when break is from day to day?This is exactly what the company wanted.They will never bring those bid jobs back.Doesnt make sense to me .Now they’re allowed to tag after a break down?Last week it was 8:59 I’m getting ready for break tag guy walks up and says we are tagging?A couple people already walked off.They never even told my TL.This is BS.Either tag or cut it all the way out..Who agreed to this shit?
