The boss that runs launch at our plant told me this would not happen anytime soon. He said body and paint are capable of running a lot faster than final.

I was told that the new door line in SUV body is for the purpose of speeding up final so they could run 3-crew. A lot of rumors.

Yes it is to speed it up to 30 an hour he said body and paint can run in the 50s if need be.

Paint cannot run 50hr suv’s. Maybe 25hr.
