Im wondering why KTP can’t transfer over to LAP and bump a person?I live 5 miles from there and 24 from KTP..Not sayin just sayin?

My opinion is that KTP has a better long term outlook as far as job security. If I were at LAP with ‘12 or less seniority, and especially if I were already on a shitty job/shift, the transfer would be a no brainer for me. But everyone’s situation is different.

Look at the KTP seniority list and do the math. 2012 is very easlily top half. well more than half of the plant population came in 2013 or later.

So......we're losing C crew, why all of a sudden are we going 10.7 every day & working next Sunday? I don't remember the last time we worked a Sunday, sales are down, we're losing the shift and we work one now? Makes no sense

Only downtime that is scheduled is a week in Feb & 2 weeks in July. Things could change of course but right now they are behind on their numbers. They are surveying a & b-crew to run production on the 22nd.
