So they had the line stop at 9.7 but the "B" bitch crew had to stay 10 hours to clean. B crew is the only fucking crew that cleans anything up anywhere near my area and were the ones that gotta stay. You cant make this shit up. No equalitiy between shifts here.

"Your shift does all the work, has best quality, best attendance, the other shifts are fucking your eyeballs out" etc. I would be a wealthy man. It's called divide and conquer, dipshit, and apparently it's working on you. They pay a company to clean the place up, and if you are not smart enough to figure out 1 supervisor cant watch 150 people, then who is the dumbass here ? Had to have either been in trouble or missed a lot. Wrong. It was another Ford assembly plant. Working under a traditional contract. With 18 yrs seniority I could not hold day shift in Chassis Dept. There was no such thing as departmental transfers. You worked in the department where supervision place you. Had I been in Trim Dept. in that assembly plant I could have held day shift. You young things crack me up. |
