I'd be willing to bet a paycheck this is how they are going to pass the next contract. PROVE ME WRONG !!!!! They will tell every TPT / STS , you vote for the contract and we will hire you in. But here is the clincher for them. You also vote for the contract and we will let you keep your hire in date for seniority.
There are so many of these desperate, helpless newbies dying to get hired in that they will jump at the chance, while the rest of us will not see crumbs tossed to us. Administrators, keep this in feed for reference. LOL.

We’ll never gain anything else significant unless we strike. These piddley bonuses they’ve been giving us are just enough to cover our union dues, to keep us in the union, which we all know they OWN. I intend to vote no just like I always have. Only have one vote though...

I might be wrong ... but I think I’ll get your paycheck....since tpts and stses aren’t in the Union..... I doubt if they will get to vote ... lol

TPT's and STS's have every right to vote in elections as they do pay union dues.

Ford loves having all the temps. Profit margin is much higher and they dont get any share of the profit. Doubt the contract will help them. Also doubt the 8 year in progression will lower either. I could see it going to 10 before it lowers.
