Hughes most likely meant that's the pay ending week...some ppl will get it on the 10th, 11th or 12th depending on where your banks located

I didn't know it was based on hours worked. I thought it was a straight 4% x base wage x 2080 hours.

What is top pay anyway? Sucks the way they tax every bonus in this place. I wouldnt mind getting that bonus, but I would also rather have an actual raise if I was legacy
