Kentucky Truck Plant
Labor Relations Bulletin
To: 2018 Super Duty Material Shortage Unemployment Benefit Information Letter
Subject: UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFIT INFORMATION
An information letter has been posted online for those
employees impacted by the part shortage to
help with your Unemployment Benefit request, if applicable.
If you worked the entire week or a partial week and are eligible for Short Work Week Benefits do
not request unemployment benefits for the week, regardless if you receive information from the
State.
Please refer to the online letter and read and follow the instructions carefully. Any errors in
requesting unemployment benefits on your part will have to be resolved by you though
the Kentucky Unemployment Insurance Division. The letter includes direct web links and contact
information for the Kentucky Unemployment Insurance Division. If you are eligible for unemployment
benefits, you must correctly request them in order to receive SUB Pay benefits (if eligible).
Please carefully review the information in the letter regarding the new Debit Card process
implemented by the State.
