Is an absolute joke in this place. People missing once a week( lazy mother fuckers) . Now someone on my team gets to take 35-45 minute bathroom breaks because of fmla bullshit. Fucks our whole team over. Nobody can get breaks in usualy because of this lazy fuck. I would have maybe some compassion if people actually needed it but it gets abused out the ass. The same fuck just goes and sits in a break area and takes a nap for 30 minutes. This place sucks a dick. Too many lazy fucks. And its an older guy so I dont wanna hear you older guys sayin the young guys dont wanna work. On b crew the older guys are the laziest worthless ones.

Not one person has ever been fired for walking off the line to take a piss, not one. And you know what that write up and day off gets you? A seat at a table with labor and a union guy that you can address the problems with. You have many years in this place, don’t let them run over you, it only makes it longer. Write ups and days off mean zero. I’ve seen guys hit bosses and be back in a week. Grow a pair and stand up for yourself....walk in there every day with your game face on and don’t let anyone run over you. Stay safe people |

Most sections are always understaffed cause that's the way Ford likes to operate. FMLA doesn't have anything to do with your situation. If the person you referenced wasn't in your section you'd still have trouble getting a piss call cause somebody will be out on Military duty, medical, awol, vacation, bereavement, union business, and so on. As mentioned above, take charge of your own situation and if need be walk off the line. Be sure to remind anyone who says anything that your Mother was so excited when she potty trained you and you no longer piss in your pants.
We now have a zero tolerance policy and the above mentioned incident in the old days of hitting someone will now get you fired, even if they need or deserve it, lol. If you are taken up front remember to always let your committee person do all the talking, let them plea your case. That way you don't come across as an ass. Just sit there like you are sporting a halo on your head.
