So top seniority has first option. He’s saying that IF low seniority is forced then it’ll be 2012 and less. Obviously they’ll ask high and force low. We are adding a C crew to SUV body and paint so hopefully these LAP transfers will be absorbed without any temp lay-offs. If you’re a temp don’t hit the panic button just yet. |

LAP Announcement:
It was announced that LAP will be sending KTP approximately 500 members in the spring of next year. Here is what that means for us at KTP:
We are getting approximately 500 members from LAP. KTP will need those members to return back to the 3 crew pattern in SUV Body and Paint next year to back fill the current KTP members who choose to transfer into SUV Body and Paint.
LAP will be surveyed by seniority to volunteer to come to KTP as spelled out in Vol. 1 Appendix N starting on page 230.
SUV Body,Paint, and Bid Openings:
Our Department to Department Transfer lists will be used to fill all the VAT available work openings in SUV Body and Paint. We were able to get the Company to agree to fill all the VAT openings through the department transfer list with no limit. So sign up asap if you are interested in one of these departments. We cannot tell you what the seniority will be on A or C crews.
As of now, the Company has identified over 300 bid jobs needed for the increased production. Most if not all of the bids will start going up and be filled before anyone transfers in.

Is there any way to find a plant seniority list without waiting 3 months from a commitee person? Ask labor relations if they would email you one. Or your superintendent or lead process coach. Or ask your committeeman to ask them to email you one. I have an up to date copy. It helps if you have a Ford email. If you don't then ask your team leader to get one emailed to him. I agree that they should keep an up to date one on the internal ktp site but they don't unfortunately. |

Just looked at list.Its actually incorrect.It isn’t in order by SSN.So how would one know their EXACT SENIORITY???Its in Global order of hire date. |

When Joe Bob and his crew came from Lap they redid our list like Lap social numbers , which is the opposite of KTP. Guess they still haven’t changed or fixed
