Been hearing KTP hourly rate is more than hourly rate at LAP due to the different operating agreements, any truth to this?

To my best recollection the only time a pay disparity came into play was during the transition from traditional agreement to MOA agreement. MOA presented the team concept and with that the AARPS scale was developed. So when you were able to perform all jobs on a team your pay scale maxed out. It was more than the individual who only wanted to know one job.

Maybe part of what they use to call the “MOA”. Modern operating agreement. When they first started it at ktp you got paid more the more jobs you could do. Arps I think is what it was called

We have went from 3 shifts in final to 2 several years ago.Weve also had shifts in body that worked a really weird schedule I’m not sure the hours I was on A crew at that time but now that shift doesn’t exist.Went from 2 to 3 and 3 to 2 several times. |
