Just curious about how they keep cancelling B Crew Mandatory Saturday's and A Crew gets all the OT. I'm pretty sure that B Crew is way lower for Overtime. They've cancelled Jan. 19, Feb. 9, and it appears March 9 and April 6 as well for B Crew. Meanwhile, A Crew has 2 Sundays scheduled (March 24 and April 28). I guess they can do that....anyone else see a problem with this. I know most folks don't like the OT...but I for one, like to get it while I can get it.

Probably because “management” knows 60% or more of A crew doesn’t want the overtime and 80% of B crew does. “Management” knows how to do one thing, makes as many people miserable as possible. If I didn’t work another minute of OT the next 4 years it would be fine with me, for the guys that want it I hope you figure out a way to get it. Stay safe people.

Tell us a little about those ones too please! I must say the other plants I’ve worked at we always had the same supervisors , LAP is the first plant that supervisors don’t stay long. I’m getting the feeling you don’t think I’ve worked at other plants, frankly I could care less if you believe me or not. I’ve built cars, trucks and SUVs. KTP should be last plant if the long term security is as good as you all say

I’m hourly that has hopefully found my last plant to work at. Meant to ask you earlier , does the truck or suv side have more jobs with hoist? 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

A crew legacy overtime week pay before taxes - 1800
B crew non legacy overtime week before taxes - 1200
Roughly of course....This place can suck a dick. And yeah you would think B crew would get all the overtime days because of labor and we run circles around A with truck numbers. I heard ford was gonna use poster boards for broadcast sheets so you guys could actually see them.

Can you make sure it’s neon poster board and while management is helping us out can you get them to hire less of the younger generation cry babies.
