Never can figure out this place.We build 620-650 and go home around 3:30-4:00.Then get paid SWW.Ok this week they’re wanting to speed up the line ?So we can go home earlier?If they need trucks why do we leave early?Ive been wondering if they’re seeing if we can get production in 8 hrs?That would mean no SWW,No extra shift bonus for C crew.Go back to 5x8 3 shifts..I hope..

They want to go 10.7 everyday but the vendors can’t keep up.

Time and a half pay enriched the lives of many over the years. Never heard many people complain about OT.

I work overtime time I’m required to but won’t volunteer for it. Plus I like to put the top down on my KIA and cruise to Nashville and mingle with the stars. |

All about JPH these days. They will cut the line early if they know their JPH gonna go down the last hour. Numbers matter less these days, just JPH.

Not really.I get a build sheet at 1 it shows the number.We leave when it’s complete.Thats why I don’t understand why they want to speed up and get the number,and cutting/combining jobs AFTER 3 years of great production. |

Each job they cut saves them a minimum $100k a year. That’s all they are worried about, Units sold & profit margins is the game. Quality and our concerns are way down the list. Stay safe people.

I prefer working 4 days also, but like getting off in 8 hours too. Maybe we could get the union to bargain for a 4x8 schedule for us old broke down guys! LOL
