The sad thing is that in the 90’s and early 2000’s if you worked every week all year you would make the average profit sharing check.
Not so any more with the “new improved formula”. I grossed over $93,000 last year and came almost $300 short of average check.
WTF lol
Love how the Union tooked care of us. I’ve never made average with new formula but before that I made over average every year and in 1999 I made almost $13,000
