LOL. You have temps on DAY SHIFT BID JOBS. Yep that’s because MOST guys and gals with 20+ yrs are scared to death to bid or even move to a different team.I see it daily in body.I remember when they opened up the Dept transfers and you could go anywhere.Had a few buddies gripe cause they had 99 seniority and in body we had new hires on days.Change is good most of the time.JMO
