Hey, anyone know when excused absence will be cashed out. Every year it's this week but it's not showing on my payroll for this being cashed out. I asked a committee man and he said it should be soon.

It's suppose to be June 1 but your new personal time hours won't show up until the 2nd week in June so speaking from experience of trying to get a day covered for 1st week in June is impossible because last year's time is gone and this year's doesn't show up yet!

Alright thanks man. I hadn't seen it on my payroll online so I wasn't sure.

Yea I never understood why that was so hard? Its all computerized, its 2019?I used to try to get 11-30 off for wife’s b-day ,then realized it’s a chaotic nightmare because they use your NEW days off and send a check for last years time. The deadline is 5/31 and 11-30.Period.Theres no GRACE period on our hire date.Cant be that hard .
