I did hear 10,000 for each year of seniority. BUT you have to have 25yrs in and be 55 or over $250,000 at age 55 for 25 years of service? $300,000 for 30 years of service? I want some of what ya'll are smoking. |

Crazy numbers for sure! But when you figure pension is 3170 month that's 38040 a yr. Divide 250,000 by 38040 gives you 6.5 yrs of pension. But you could still draw SS at 62

If the profit sharing one is true I’d say people with less than 4 yrs till retirement will love it.But on the other hand can’t see ford giving a newbie 40,000$ then guy quits and works somewhere else.?
