I have been here 4 years. Was in teamster union for 20 years. If you have a serious concern with committee person they avoid you the next 3 months. They spend all their time protecting the shit bags that don’t deserve a job. RTW is going to bite their ass.

Good riddance to you then new guy. Blaming the entire union because you don't like your committeeman. Maybe he just sucks. Maybe you're just a pain in the ass and he's sick of dealing with you. Who knows. Guess the Teamsters were worse since you're UAW now. Don't let the door hit you in the ass on your way out.

You don’t need “your” committee person, every clown in that office is “your” committee person as are the bargaining guys. Your going to sit around and wait for someone to come to you? Doesn’t sound very serious to me, at least not how I would handle a “serious” concern. Stay safe people |

I show up every day and do my job. Not like a lot of these newbies. Had multiple union reps over the 4 years. Just tired of watching them continually protect the shit bags that deserve to be fired. Some on a daily basis. Just saying
