From what I can gather. Looks like $8000 signing bonus. Raises and lump some bonuses over the four year contract( no idea how much of each). Kinda read we go from paying 4% for health care to 15% not good. Reformulated profit sharing (which don’t sound good to me, unless they make it $1.50 per million and/or put Ford Motor Credit back in formula). GM to invest 7 billion and create 5400 jobs. Anyone else got anything? Of course this is just my opinion what was offered.

Just looked at the free press. Ford announced the construction of a new Mega Complex . I'm not to savy at copy and pasting , but maybe someone from here can do that. Apparently we have plenty of money ...

The only people that will benefit from any contract this time are legacy people. In progression and Temps will get nothing and have to pay more for benefits

Surprise surprise b crew makes 900 trucks off chasis. 10.7 right after day shift and their 30/hr makes 840. 35 more just on frame 2. 0 equality.

A few of us didnt do it,but they had enough people to run the line. The did it Tuesday during lunch,and Wednesday during lunch and last break.

A crew trucks are falling apart too. All of Ford quality is dropping and people are taking notice. All Ford gives a shit about is keeping the line rolling. All they said in training was value quality this and that. All bullshit. Just get the number don't stop the line even if it effects product.

My truck has had a water leak. I noticed a water stain on my headliner that goes all the way across. I talked to a guy last week and his truck is leaking really bad. It’s a 19 model super cab with no moon roof. Every time it rains the carpet gets soaked. This is not an isolated incident on these aluminum cabs either. A quick search online and it’s apparent that this is very common. Been building them since 2015 and the problem still isn’t solved...
