Yep..They(Lap) can transfer here but when a KTP wants to go there it’s not allowed??WTF?Should of never came the 1st time.Plant didn’t close.

KTP is lucky they don’t experience layoffs like the rest of the Ford system does. That’s why none of you understand how transferring works. We are Ford employees and have rights just like the rest of you do in the national contract so get over it. As far as stolen seniority, talk to Ford Corporate they are the ones who decided to lay a shift off at LAP and add production at KTP , the employees didn’t get together and say let’s take LAP to 2 shifts and go to KTP and steal seniority so get over it and if you wanna still hold blame then blame the same top executives that make millions more than you it was their decision. |

I get it when I was at NAP New Jersey people transferred in with more time. I didn't like it but when NAP closed & I had to transfer it changed my view completely. Be thankful you people you never had to transfer from KTP

I was hired in 30 years ago and it only lasted 6 months here at KTP before we were laid off. Some with 15 years were soon to follow. And about 14 years before that they let a whole shift go right after July shutdown. So don't ASSUME that KTP as a whole does not understand what a Lay-off means. Just curious, how many years do you have in? |
