Ford Motor Co use the signing bonus as a tool to get YES votes. Our Union members need to suggest that, if you don't go vote you don't get the signing bonus. Or only a small portion of it. The percentage of people that didn't vote is sad, company wide. I don't care if you vote Yes or no. JUST VOTE. I know the holidays are around the corner, so we also need to have our contract to end early in the year. So people don't have to worry doing the holidays. Just my thoughts

Why don't you try and get out of paying a fine and get back to us on that. While you're at it, don't register your vehicle or put license plates on it.
