I still say that getting an FMLA is better than being a company suckass. For years and years I came to work every day while people who sucked supervisor hiney got unlimited days off unpaid, got to leave early and all kinds of under the table bullshit. This place is every man for himself. If the company and union want a decent workforce then they need to ensure all employees are treated equally.

I did google “fmla” and it appears that the company can make you use your vacation and personal time 1st.

After 25yrs I’ve learned that there will always be lazy Mfers in here(and in the world) so I came to the conclusion 1)get FMLA and join them.2)come in do my job (only) and go home.No matter what that’s the only options.Every person in here could get FMLA.Maybe we all should and then maybe the Co would change shit?Doubt it.3 yrs and 6 months left for me..

True!Theres folks on my current team that will blow a supervisor to leave at 2:30 ...Cant do it..Not in my DNA
