Hearing that a possible 1 or 2 week shutdown is being talked about if it comes to it over this virus stuff, if so would probably not do a summer shutdown. Basically in a “just in case” sort of discussion, but not really too far fetched to believe something is heading that way by the goings on in other places over the country, just a matter of time before someone in here has it. Seriously doubt it. This virus panic will burn itself out by late April and it will be full steam ahead. We’ll soon be back to 10.7 and super Saturday and Sunday every other week.

I honestly hope we don’t shut down for this. For one, we’ll just have to make up the downtime when it’s nicer outside. For two, I’m not convinced this virus is as serious as the fake news media is making it out to be.

Since you just got you Profit sharing u might need to hang on to it. It looks like rough times are on there way. So far over 7 Trillion dollars have left the stock market. I’m not sure how many people will be excited about a new car purchase after they see there 401 lose 1/3 in 3 weeks. Will see. Stay safe.

If you believe that this is some sort of "fake news" I suggest you read about what is happening with mass graves in Iran, the hospital/ICU situation in N. Italy and any number of epidemiologists who study this shit.
Former heads of CDC, leading scientists etc. etc. have NO trouble predicting a 30-40 % infection rate in this country. If we don't take measures to flatten that curve, we'll run out of hospital beds in mid April.
There's a possibility of tens or hundreds of thousands of deaths in the US if the current data trends hold.
What's going on in Italy might actually save American lives because its a modern Western healthcare system with more doctors and beds per capita than the US and the situation is grim. People are paying attention.

Also, the data suggests the doubling effect at 6 days. We know there are hundreds, probably thousands of cases out there because we STILL haven't tested for shit.
You're looking at the potential of 1,000,000 cases in the US by the end of April.
