Allens letter said to file weekly, unemployment system is telling me otherwise. Anyone else get that message? Unorganized as usual. Stay safe people

Yes.Mine states it is filed THRU next Sunday?I hope it’s all good.It would make sense to file Bi weekly ,Then less traffic on phone lines!But WTF do I know?

UAW site says to claim weekly, not bi-weekly like KY site says, but we’ve usually been exempt from the normal filing systems due to the large block of employees Ford has.
I’ve yet to get through also. Site is probably crashed due to record number of filers requesting checks this week over and above last weeks record number.
I’m gonna keep trying a few times every hour. We have a few days to request this past weeks claim anyways if we can’t get through today.

I've gotten the same message. Wouldn't let me claim this week, on the account summary page said next Biweekly claim date is 4/12. Talked with a few other people and they got the same.
Who the hell knows what's going on?

Everybody getting to 2nd page that has a RED X and says 'your request for Unemployment Insurance Benefits has been received' and that's it? Can't go any further to answer questions about the dates. And on your account page it says your next eligible date to file is 4-12-20

I got the Red X also. It said mine was received but I didn’t put and work info in either. WTH. Are we ok? Who knows. Someone ask Father Andy the Gov. ha.

Finally was able to connect online. Made it to 2nd page as well. Red X saying they’ve already received my claim.

Weekly is the answer Union gave us. My TL got in touch with Steve Morris and said that you still need to request your benefits for this week, either online or by phone. If you did get online to request benefits and got the red x message saying “your benefits have been received “, then do nothing.
If you didn’t request your benefits yet, the txt says that you need to go back to website Tuesday and log into your account and click on the tab at the top right that says Account Summary. On the right side of the information, look and see what your “last benefit process date” is . See if it has a 4/05/20 or a date in this week period.
That’s all the answerS.Morris can give until they (UAW) gets a clear answer from KY Unem.Division on what they did with our E-Claims.
I’ll post any updates I get here as well.

I just called again, it says I have made a claim through 4/4 and to call a back in two weeks lol. I called earlier and it said I couldn’t file a claim because it hasn’t been two weeks to call back next Sunday. Lol. I never got past my PIN number this morning. Wacked out system |

After getting the Red X yesterday I logged in today and and was able to go all the way thru answering questions and got my claim filed

I was able to file online today for last week. I did notice the date change for the question if you are returning to work by××/××/××××; last week it was mid May? Now the date was 6-22-2020..
I guess this will be a weekly thing on whether or not it will let you claim for the week.

I first checked my Account summary to make sure it actually hadn’t issued a check for last week and saw the date last requested was for the first unemployment week, so I then went back on and was able to go through the weekly claim process for last weeks check. Like mentioned above, there is a new question asking if we’re returning to work before 6/22/20. I clicked Yes....just assumed we’d be back then. Not sure if we were supposed to put Yes or No, as it was a new question and there wasn’t UAW info on that as of yet. Made it through and successfully filed for last week though. |

Just noticed my unemployment is in Autotruck ACH Warehouse about to be released. It’s still the standard $552 amount though. I read somewhere that the additional $600 is to be in a separate payment. Guess we’ll wait and see.
