What is the page number in the contract that says we dont get sub pay for a virus? Sub pay is paid to make up the addition money to get you to 85% of your pay once unemployment is paid out. Your receiving 99% of your pay if your legacy, some are making more on unemployment than if they were working, thus over the 85% threshold. So no sub pay is paid out. It can be found in the sub pay “letters of understanding” section of your contract. Stay safe |
