Wow.Cant believe Ford can go Into a persons bank account? Same thing i said, I mean they should send a letter out or a robo call explaining what they are doing. If they hit my account without notifying me before hand I’m contacting my bank and protesting the charge.

We should've gotten it for the first week correct? Yes, we SHOULD get it for first week, as the bill wasn’t passed for final approval and took effect on 3/29. My subpay is still in my account and I have zero charges for such. I’m highly suspect of Fords ability to autowithdrawl without our consent.

Withdrew sub pay from my brothers account today. Mine's still in there. Are you sure he's not mistaken?

when you give anybody direct deposit to your account they can take out as well as put in! Bank told me that years ago, because give them authorization (consent)

Like OldasDirt said in his post, if you have Direct Deposit, you have actually given “consent” for the depositor to rectify any pay issues by withdrawing from the same account. It sounds super shady, but is the real deal. The easiest way around it, while still benefiting from Direct Deposit, would be to have a separate account that only received your DD and then have an automated withdrawal/transfer to a separate account. While that protects your deposits, they could still “bill you” for their payroll errors after the fact.

I've been a little skeptical about that one too....mine is still there & everyone's I've talked to is still there... I know they can but not sure why they would..... I know I said earlier that Union told me they would...... But that was if they paid it along with the extra 600 that we were getting..... That hasn't happened with me.....I got sub pay for the first week when we did not get the 600 and have not gotten it since which is exactly the way it's supposed to work... Maybe it was just an error for that one person
