I'm curious..you think they should just fill a/b with the lowest seniority..how do you expect to run the plant with 100s of jobs that none has trained on bc of height seniority jobs....not to mention forks and team leaders that cant be done without weeks of training |

No .Lowest senior people in EVERY department.So lowest C crew B crew and A crew would make 1 crew.And do this in every dept.Highest seniority should be offered lay off .Bottom line
