What’s gonna happen when a person doesn’t WANT to be tested?If it’s not a law then maybe some folks think it violates their constitutional rights.Like Vaccination.

It’s not like a vaccination. There’s no needles no injection of chemicals in your body it’s basically the same as you spitting on a piece of paper. Since there’s really nothing that is being done to you based on your results of the test in a criminal or civil way turning it down could keep you from working and disqualify you from any unemployment benefits because it’s a non-invasive procedure. It’s the same if the company wants to give you a drug test using urine or a sample of your hair follicle by turning it down they automatically can assume you’re going to come up positive and it’s completely legal.

It would be a stupid thing to turn it down considering knowing is better for you personally then not knowing. I’m sure someone will say something though. lol 😂

Never stated it was like a vaccine.I know what the test consist of.I made the comparison to parents that DO NOT BELIEVE in vaccinations.Its their right.Im merely asking if anyone thinks there will be people that refuse to be tested?Is it their right?Can they stay home WITHOUT PAY?Drug test refusal I assume will get a person fired.Will this?We shall see.It would be stupid to turn it down?See that’s your opinion.Others have different beliefs.Just saying.I wouldn’t be surprised.

New HIPAA laws state employers can require you to take the Covid test or they can discipline up to termination. The test is to protect the other employees from you. Law was past first week of March I believe.

Dumbest law I’ve ever heard of then.You can be tested on Monday (Negative)at start of shift,work all day CONTRACT the disease while working and now As you’re walking out the door you are POSITIVE?They gonna test everyday?No WAY.Its gonna be interesting.
