Before you leave Monday morning log in to your Ford Payroll site or (the web site provided from the robo call) and take the daily survey if you answered no to the questions it will take you to next page to ask if you want the survey badge sent to your e-mail or cell. You enter the correct info to receive your badge that will have that days date on it. There was a person at the entry area of the check point to see if you took the survey and you show him the badge. He tells you to enter As you enter the checkpoint structure it has winding path like at the amusement park ride. About 12 people or so can stand 6 feet apart. inside at a time. There are markings on the floor for social distancing in front of and inside the structure. . There is a person at the desk who will ask you to stand on the x in front of him. When you get to the x you are to take off your hat, glasses, and mask. your temperature is scanned and he directs you to go in as he hands you a mask. I think the first day they are also handing out packages of info and ?
Safety glasses are now required in the plant.
When you pull into the parking lot remember there are people and maybe several people standing in line as you near the check point structures. This can sneak up on you as you are looking for a parking spot in the next isle.
After you get your mask you exit the door directly behind the person that just checked your temperature. there is not a lot of room between that door and the turnstyles(you will still need your id at the gate to get in). It looks like to me this area will be a bottleneck as people are carrying their lunch, radio and other items and are trying to put on their mask and safety glasses.
I went in at gate 6 so I assume they are about the same.
If everyone does the survey the line moves pretty fast. If you don't take the survey they ask you the same questions as the survey, this slows things down. I hope this will give you an Idea of what to expect.

Sounds like a big f ing mess .Cant wait till it’s pouring rain at 5?Whose gonna stand in the rain to get in?Especially with only 12 people in the tent.

Also after you take the survey it will ask your global ID. And I think you can print out your daily badge if you want. And at least at gate 6 looks like there will be 2 lines entering the structure. This may also add to the bottleneck once you exit the structure.
I more thing I do not know as of yet what the plan is for breaks, lunch or if you need to go back to your vehicle during shift.

Why not check people in At UNION HALL.Give them a hand stamp.Then security checks each person at gate?Then ALL THE GATES AND PARKING LOTS cane stay open.Less parking problems

Thank God I am retired as of May 1st and do not have to return to this!
Summer inside the plant will be even more miserable than usual.

They have a creed on not doing anything work related outside of work, no matter what it is, even if that means their coworkers have to stand in the rain 20 extra minutes. They give no fucks. Funny thing is, they'll be standing in the rain 20 more minutes too because of people just like them ahead in line who wouldn't take the test online either, bitching about how slow the line is, LOL |
