I would highly recommend using a strap with your face mask. You might be able to make one or go online and purchase one. Here is a website i bought some from. www.maskearsavers.com/They cost $3.99 plus shipping. I bought 5 and the shipping was free. They have different colors From their web site. We ship from Indiana. I believe in the survey you fill out before entering it is stated that you utilize the mask given to you by Ford. No others are accepted. Don"t know if they will enforce this issue or not.

They aren’t mask. Clips for the mask to hook onto instead of behind your ears. Saw a couple supervisors wearing them as well |

We need Hazardous duty pay. Na, at least we know everyone in the plant has been temp scanned, not perfect but better than most places. Grocery stores and the like people should be getting hazard pay. They have no idea if people around them are sick or not and most shoppers won’t voluntarily wear a mask because the don’t believe the science. Stay safe people |

We need Hazardous duty pay. Hazardous Duty Pay, is tax free pay. And you can do that anytime you want by going to Labor and filing tax exempt. |

That means they are probably cheap level 1 masks. Level 1 masks are about 50% effective against the virus. Maybe they went top of the line and got the good level 3 masks.
