How the hell are they going to run 3 crews in a couple of weeks with all the people not coming in? They are making half of b-crew work next week

Awols on nights last Wed.The Care Act has them by the balls.A crew should be off the 22nd.🙏 I’m hearing they are discussing continuing the 2 shifts working with one shift off after shutdown but with the change of working Monday thru Friday instead of Monday through Thursday. Gives them another day of production and still allows them to feed the other shifts with the laid off shift. Hopefully it doesn’t come to that but if people won’t come to work I’m not sure they have any other options. Stay safe people. |
