Well...for those that are abusing the Cares Act...that extra $600 is over effective July 25. So, let your Aunt Becky know she'll be back on your payroll watching little Markie and Karla. And just like that, your wife who has asthma will no longer be a health risk for you to return to work. Oh. and your Dad that lives in Atlanta who suffers from COPD will no longer be at risk for you to return since you were terrified of bringing it home to him. If you're not abusing than this post shouldn't hit a nerve. Just wanted to let you know that extra dollar in your pocket is about to be no more. Oh...and btw....FORD is most definitely investigating those out for the CARES ACT....when you get all caught up in that web and they show you the door...don't say you weren't forewarned.

Wow , that all sounds oddly specific. Almost like you know that person. Lol. I hope you are right and lots of the abusers get caught. I really don’t see most of them getting fired. You know the Union will fight for them , especially if they were deadbeats before COVID. It would be nice to see just a little karma around here before I retire. So glad when that extra $600 goes away. Get back to work , you lazy , living in your moms basement, MF’ers.

Yep a guy told me this years ago and it’s true .The union is only good to about 10% of the workforce (druggies,drunks,criminals,abusers,tardy,AWOL)

Never have I been associated with so many hateful old timers.Just so you know Pensions are tied into Ford success. Most of the kids who were hired are solid and show up. There is another few who snake the system. The Federal Government has made a Act that Ford and every other Co. Has to honor or its a crime.My A crew buddies are off and have not been here since March and I will hold them down until they return. Ccrew has been been getting cut since it started yet the order bank is full. Then you people post articles from GM? Are we now them? No we are Ford USA, we employ more American workers than any other car company. So I thought that was real lame! I hope that no one loses their job, if they are out then they have to deal with the financial not you but i do suspect that a few of you are jealous o st $600. And to be clear they won't stop paying something it may not be $600 but it will be something or the homeless rate is going to go up big time. These are just a few of my thoughts to my fellow workers. Never take a man or womans job. And do you have any number to back your claim up about attendance? Please no fake news I will verify.

They are making them say it's a Leave of absence with the Cares Act. Companies no longer filing a claim for them.

Agree 100%..As far as numbers A crew body was very very short today.We have a very bad attendance problem.The Cares Act is Legit.BUT ford should hire Temps.Seems easy to me? |
