Actually I kinda love it when dayshift gets jacked around. You guys are so spoiled. You work the fewest hours, run the fewest trucks. Get three uninterrupted days off plus all the Monday holidays. So itās hilarious when you guys finally get a spoonful of the shit that the other two shifts get a steady diet of. Rich is right you need to get on the FMLA train. Iāve had one for three years now, best thing I ever did. I take 3 or 4 extra days a month off. For the rest of my career Iām only working 1250 hours a year.

The only thing that effects your OT weekend work is an AWOL Line 2 worked only u trucks that week 7 hrs a night so we had give or take 30 hours before our Saturday. They saw this coming that's why they scheduled Saturday. Yes it may have been time and a half but shoulda been sww for the 10 hours and OT. They knew what they were doing. Our checks were all the same as a normal week, and had to waste a Saturday. |
