I did a Google search and found this: Hundreds of apartments planned near Kentucky Truck Plant. It was on a pay-to-view site so I can't give you any other information.

A new detention building for anti maskers to stay in while serving there penalty for not having a mask appropriately applied. Penalties are X amount of hours in detention building with no pay depending on how many infractions the employee has incurred. Okayed by local union and management officials!

Doubt seriously anyone would build apartments there, it’s like a truck stop overnights in that area. Pretty sure Ford owns that and probably not a coincidence that up north they are building for the 150 all electric truck. My guess would be it has something to do with an area to start electric super duty production but that would be just a guess. Stay safe people

I thought Ford bought all that land to expand, we were supposed to get 2 more stamping lines. No where to go but out towards that way if it is indeed the case.

Damn!I was hoping for Apartments that are sealed up in a bubble.That way we can live and just walk through a tunnel to work in our awesome plant.Sorta like the NBA Bubble.You can leave when you retire.Unless you want to stay on as a CLEANER.

Sorry. I did some more digging and the apartments are planned on the other side of the Shogun Restaurant.
Liv Development is moving ahead on a deal to construct a roughly 300-unit apartment complex at 3750 Chamberlain Lane on Louisville’s East End, according to a development plan submitted.
