203 confirmed cases as of today inside the plant, and they didn’t include stamping. Areas that were getting cleaned 3 times a day now may get cleaned once a week. Bathrooms that had distanced sinks are now just all being used with no distancing. Remember the “no sharing food” policy? The company now sells donuts at the gates to share with your team members. They amazed me at how well they were keeping the place safe and preventing outbreaks but it’s obvious that protocol has changed. We are in this alone people. Stay safe and protect yourself best you can.

Forklifts and tugs that had spray bottles to clean them with have all disappeared.............your right they could care less.

Funny thing is ACCORDING to Gov.Andys Work Sade GUIDE when a confirmed case happens THEY are to shut down for 24hrs to clean ALL AREAS.These MFERS haven’t done that.Someone should notify the Health Dept.We had a case today (rumor)and we went on break early.Heard they cleaned for 30 mins then back to work?

The good news is that Ford made a profit for 3rd Q and plans to have a profitable year. Not bad after a 2 month shutdown.

Who said those individuals ever made it to their job location? Maybe the temp scanner showed something before they entered plant? Maybe they got tested while they were off? Why must we assume they were on the job and then got not feeling well? If they were on the job then why do we need the the temp tents?

Well I’ll tell you HOW we know.Im on A crew (Body sides)and we worked 10/18 Sunday.When we got to work the next day Monday we heard that a C crew worker (Body sides)had gotten sick SATURDAY and left work.Also a person that was in close contact to this person left .Now it’s MONDAY and we have a meeting about this and we wondered WHY they didn’t tell us about this SUNDAY MORNING?No extra cleaning was performed no one informed any of us TILL MONDAY.Thats the only my case I know of 💯 .Also we told the temp guy and he was like “Wow really”

Sorry I almost forgot about another 💯 case I saw.A lady was waiting test results but was at work she got the results (positive) at work around 1pm .The TL let her go to medical and they sent her home.The girl that worked next to her decided to leave and get tested (negative).BUT when they found out she was positive we NEVER MISSED A BEAT.Worked to 4:30 and TL was on her job for 3.5 hrs.Thought they were to stop and do extensive cleaning when a person was positive?This place will not stop PERIOD

Yep there 9000 people working here.Pretty good.I just don’t understand why we aren’t “notified”when a person leaves feeling ill?They should treat EVERY CASE as a POSITIVE.JMO.Really don’t understand the temp check though.Ive been fine 1 hour and the next come down with sinus infection,flu etc the next.It does ZERO to catch Covid.If you have a fever you know it.

There are health and safety reps, that in a lot of respects carry more weight than plant chairman. So not really alone in battle to be safe. Unfortunately this is the most do nothing bunch of safety reps I've seen while employed at Ford, their biggest achievement is getting a fan added to a work station. Covid enforcement forget about it. And, in most Ford plants fans are required to cleaned twice a year so let the nasty ass fans at KTP keep just spreading filth. Frame? I know from a maintenance standpoint Management always wants the load asist hoist installed running up hill so they roll away from the line, less chance they interfere with the unit when line starts... Who cares it adds effort to the job for production... We do have ergo reps??
