Some didn’t get call?What a major FUCK UP..Some team members got calls while others didn’t.Never seen a more pathetic ran company.You have senior members at work while newbies are home getting paid.2 more years!When people are called in (or told to stay home)it’s by DEPARTMENT SENIORITY.Fucking Fords management are idiots.This shouldnt happen again.TA said it was a big fuck up on Fords part Lol, quit yelling I just rolled out of bed. 🤣 1.8 years left for this guy |

Yep it was a total screw up......I was the high senior on the team with 27 years in and had to come in meanwhile people with 4 years were snug in there beds.......talked to the union and there reply was oh well there’s nothing we can do about it now.........bottom line is nobody gives a dam whether things are done the way they are supposed to be done anymore......3 more and I’m outta that shithole
