With all of the downtime and reduction to white collar workers, are we going to have a buyout for us? I heard rumors before our 2 week downtime but am wondering if there is any substance to it. Anyone hearing updates?

I heard some vague rumors but nothing solid. If they do , they will get a huge response. It would be a good way for Ford to save money in the long run. I’ve got 27 years in and I’m past ready to go , I bet a lot of other people are too. Please, please let there be a buyout.
