Hey, we all have to eat, so why not eat something good?
My wife has been doing this for several years now. She specializes in Home Cookin'. Nothing too fancy, just awesome tasting food. She has catered our UAW Chaplaincy Dinners for the past 4 years (I believe), the Opportunity Fair at the Hall, and numerous other events including weddings, funerals, birthdays, church and corporate events.
She usually has the best prices anywhere (much to my chagrin).
