How can we work 10 hours everyday next week, but we can't work a 4 day 10 hour schedule?

I heard this was a test run to see if we could go on a 4/10 schedule. Not sure how accurate that is.

If all goes well, we should be on a 4-10 hr schedule early next year.

But then again, they may need more than 4-10s for launch...so maybe 4-10s, and 8 on Friday to get new unit on lots beginning in Feb?

If all goes well, we should be on a 4-10 hr schedule early next year. Just a heads up, if we are on a 10 hour schedule that means the company can work you 10.7 to make up production. (and yes they use it liberally) The only people that want to be there 11 hours a day are the ones on gravy jobs!

Wouldnt that be only night shift, since day shift leaves at 4:30 and night shift starts at 4:30?

They just change the start times, I believe it used to be 6 - 5:12.

All that I've heard is that we got our numbers. They need 1320 trucks per day off the end of chasis.
